Qualification and Experience:
•	A PhD in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Biomedical Therapeutics or
        any related field.
•	Experience in teaching at tertiary level.
•	A proven track record of attracting research grants will be an added
        advantage.
1.	To teach courses in Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics and
        Biotechnology at Postgraduate and Undergraduate levels;
2.	To supervise and mentor Postgraduate and Undergraduate students,
        guiding them in their research theses/ projects and facilitating
        their academic growth;
3.	To conduct research in the discipline and collaborate with
        Colleagues to contribute to interdisciplinary research projects and
        initiatives;
4.	To undertake Administrative duties as may be assigned by the Head of
        Department;
5.      To undertake Consultancy Assignments; and
6.      To engage in Community Outreach activities.
Local Candidates
Permanent and Pensionable service after successful completion of two years on probation; 10% Recruitment/Retention Allowance, Housing/Housing Allowance and other benefits.
Expatriate Candidates
Initial Two-year contract with a possibility for renewal by mutual consent subject to satisfactory performance plus Gratuity, 10% Recruitment/Retention Allowance, Housing/Housing Allowance, relocation expenses and other benefits.
