Submission Instructions

  • Name(s) of Authors, Institution/Organisational Affiliations
  • Your abstract must be in Microsoft Word format- 250-300 words
  • Abstracts should be typed in Times New Roman, 12pt font, with line spacing.
  • Referencing must adhere strictly to: APA 7th Edition style.
  • Abstract must be submitted electronically as an attachment to the following email: uice2634@gmail.com

Abstract content

  • Brief Introduction;
  • Purpose and objective;
  • Theoretical or Conceptual Framework;
  • Methodology/Results;
  • Conclusions and recommendations;

Deadlines & Review Process

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: End of May 2026.
  • Notification of Acceptance: Within 14 days of submission.
  • Full Paper Submission: 31 July 2026.
  • Review: All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
  • Accepted papers will be published in the UICE 2026 Conference Proceedings.
