To promote dual education and monitoring of higher education graduates' employability, building national consensus between key stakeholders in Botswana and Eswatini.
To enrich and advance the legislative and normative framework on higher education dual education and graduates' employability at national and institutional levels.
To develop and pilot Dual Career Paths by each Partner Country's Higher Education Institutions.
To strengthen the capacity of Partner Countries' HEI staff to develop and release graduates' employability tracking, deliver efficient career guidance services, and promote professional insertion of students and graduates in the labour market.
Structured and regularly updated information on all UPSCALE project-related activities implemented by the University of Eswatini.
Project Meeting
The consortium partners convened for the official launch of the UPSCALE project, establishing work plans and governance structures for the 36-month programme.
