Qualification and Experience:

• A Bachelor of Education/ Bachelor’s Degree with P.G.C.E.
• At least 3 years’ experience as Deputy Head Teacher OR Head of
Department at High School level.
• A qualification and/or experience in counseling will be an added
advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Duties:

1. To allocate students into hostels and clear them at the end of the
Academic Year;
2. To inspect hostel facilities and student rooms regularly and
report any damages to the Maintenance Department;
3. To assist in student discipline matters and report serious cases
of student misconduct to the Dean of Student Affairs;
4. To deal with emergencies after office hours;
5. To participate in the Orientation of new students;
6. To establish and maintain Computerized Information System for
student accommodation;
7. To attend and participate in meetings of the Graduation Organizing
Committee; and
8. To perform any other related duties as assigned by the Dean of
Student Affairs.

Appointment Terms:

Local Candidates Only
Permanent and Pensionable service after successful completion of two years on probation; 10% Recruitment/Retention Allowance, Housing/Housing Allowance and other benefits.
