Qualification and Experience:
• A Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) or equivalent.
• A Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) with Medical-Surgical Nursing will be an
added advantage.
• At least two (2) years working experience.
• Registration with the Eswatini Nursing Council.
1. To prepare for and assist in the running of laboratory demonstrations/
practicals;
2. To assist Academic staff in practical area;
3. To provide technical assistance to staff and students on their research
work;
4. To carry out minor repairs and fault finding on equipment;
5. To refer major repairs to maintenance engineers from equipment
suppliers/agents;
6. To keep the Laboratories storerooms clean and well maintained;
7. To keep inventory of equipment, instruments, supplies, etc.;
8. To prepare requisitions for acquiring Departmental supplies;
9. To assist the Department in the choice of new types of equipment, methods
modifications for existing equipment, servicing and related management
activities;
10. To prepare and photocopy laboratory manuals; and
11. To carry out any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
Good communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
