Qualification and Experience:

• A BSc in Environmental Health Science or equivalent qualification
with a Second Class First division (2.1) or better.
• Extra courses in Built Environment will be an added advantage.

Duties:

1. To assist in teaching Environmental Health Science courses at
Undergraduate level;
2. To supervise Undergraduate students’ Field Attachment;
3. To assist in conducting Departmental research;
4. To undertake duties as assigned by the Head of Department;
5. To assist in Consultancy Assignments; and
6. To engage in Community Outreach activities.

Appointment Terms:

Local Candidates
Permanent and Pensionable service after successful completion of two years on probation; 10% Recruitment/Retention Allowance, Housing/Housing Allowance and other benefits.

Expatriate Candidates
Initial Two-year contract with a possibility for renewal by mutual consent subject to satisfactory performance plus Gratuity, 10% Recruitment/Retention Allowance, Housing/Housing Allowance, relocation expenses and other benefits.
