Qualification and Experience:
• A PhD in Educational Administration or Educational Leadership and
Management plus a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration or
Educational Leadership and Management.
• Experience in teaching at Higher Education will be an added advantage.
1.To teach courses in Educational Administration, including Leadership and
Management, at Postgraduate and Undergraduate levels;
2.To supervise and mentor Postgraduate and Undergraduate students, guiding
them in their research theses/ projects and facilitating their academic
growth;
3.To conduct research in the discipline and collaborate with Colleagues to
contribute to interdisciplinary research projects and initiatives;
4.To undertake Administrative duties as may be assigned by the Head of
Department;
5. To undertake Consultancy Assignments; and
6. To engage in Community Outreach activities.
