Qualification and Experience:

 

• A Master’s Degree in Nursing Management
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science (BNSc) with a major in Medical Surgical Nursing.
• A PhD will be an added advantage.

Duties:

 

1. To teach courses in Nursing Management;
2. To supervise students’ research and Clinical practicum;
3. To conduct research in the discipline;
4. To undertake Administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department; and
5. To engage in Community Service.

 

Appointment Terms:

 

Local Candidates

Permanent and Pensionable service after successful completion of two years on probation; 10% Recruitment and Retention Allowance, Housing/Housing allowance and Medical Aid contribution.

Expatriate Candidates

Two-year contract with a possibility for renewal by mutual consent subject to satisfactory performance plus Gratuity, 10% Recruitment and Retention Allowance, Housing/Housing Allowance, Medical Aid contribution and relocation expenses.
