Qualification and Experience:
• A Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or
related qualification.
• A PhD will be an added advantage.
1. To teach courses in Computer Science and Information Technology;
2. To supervise and mentor Undergraduate students, guiding them in
their research projects and facilitating their academic growth;
3. To conduct cutting edge research in the Computer Science field,
publishing scholarly articles in reputable journals;
4. To serve in the Departmental and University committees and
contributing to the overall development of the department as
assigned by the Head of Department;
5. To undertake Consultancy Assignments; and
6. To engage in Community Outreach activities, fostering collaborations
with local and international organisations.
Local Candidates
Permanent and Pensionable service after successful completion of two years on probation; 10% Recruitment/Retention Allowance, Housing/Housing Allowance and other benefits.
Expatriate Candidates
Initial Two-year contract with a possibility for renewal by mutual consent subject to satisfactory performance plus Gratuity, 10% Recruitment/Retention Allowance, Housing/Housing Allowance, relocation expenses and other benefits.
