Abstract & Paper Guidelines

Submission Instructions

  • Authors are invited to submit abstracts of 250–300 words.
  • Abstracts should be typed in Times New Roman, 12pt font, with single line spacing.
  • All submissions must be in Microsoft Word format.
  • Referencing must adhere strictly to the APA 7th Edition style.
  • Include the full name(s), institutional affiliation, and email address of the author(s).

Abstract Structure

  • Introduction: Brief background and problem statement.
  • Purpose: The main objective or research questions.
  • Methodology: Description of the research design, participants, and tools.
  • Findings: Summary of the results or expected outcomes.
  • Conclusions: Final summary and practical recommendations.
  • Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords.

Deadlines & Review Process

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: End of May 2026.
  • Notification of Acceptance: Within 14 days of submission.
  • Full Paper Submission: 31 July 2026.
  • Review: All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
  • Accepted papers will be published in the UICE 2026 Conference Proceedings.
