Qualification and Experience:
- A PhD in Public Administration/ Development Studies.
- University teaching and leadership experience.
- To teach Public Administration courses;
- To supervise students’ research;
- To conduct research in the discipline;
- To mentor junior staff of the Department;
- To provide leadership in the development of a Postgraduate programme in Public Administration;
- To undertake Administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department; and
- To engage in Community Service.
Permanent and Pensionable service after successful completion of two years on probation; 10% Recruitment and Retention Allowance, Housing/Housing allowance and Medical Aid contribution.
Two-year contract with a possibility for renewal by mutual consent subject to satisfactory performance plus Gratuity, 10% Recruitment and Retention Allowance, Housing/Housing Allowance, Medical Aid contribution and relocation expenses.Application:
